This is a matted and framed original acrylic painting on archival watercolor paper.  The framed size is 28" x 22" and the image size is 23.5" x 17.5". The frame is black aluminum and the mat is an off-white.

Contemporary Art Seven was painted with acrylics, but has some effects of watercolor because of the translucent washes (paint thinned with water).  This creates more light and lightness, which makes the central egg-like image rise to the surface.
