Do the paintings and Giclee prints on canvas need to be framed? No, because the canvas is stretched around the sides of the painting and stapled on the back. The image continues around the edge, which gives a three-dimensional effect when viewed from the side. All my paintings and prints on canvas arrive ready to hang.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped? Original paintings will be shipped in five to ten days. Limited edition giclee prints on canvas are made one at a time as ordered, and take about two weeks. Any items, such as drawings, that need to be framed, will take ten to fourteen days.

Will you notify me when my order has been shipped? Yes, you will be notified directly by the shipper or me when your order is shipped.

What are my payment options? I accept check, money order, Master Card or Visa. You may also make a down payment to hold a painting, and pay the rest over a period of time. Call 606-273-1463 or email Lynne@artbylt.com to make an arrangement that fits your budget.

Will multiple items be shipped together? Yes, they will be when possible. You will be notified of actual shipping costs when you place an order for more than one painting, print or drawing. If they can be shipped in the same box, you will be charged less than the shopping cart indicates.

How will my order be shipped? Your order will be shipped ground, either by UPS, FedEx or DHL. If you wish to pay for faster shipping, call 607-273-1364 or email Lynne@artbylt.com. Extra large paintings and prints will be shipped by R & L Carriers. All my art is insured while in transit. If the art arrives damaged, please call 607-273-1364 or email Lynne@artbylt.com.

How safe is the information I give you? My shopping cart is a secure site. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is sent to me. If you prefer placing your order by phone, call me at 607-273-1364. Your information will not be sold or shared for any reason.

How will the painting look on my wall? If you email me a photo of the wall space, I will email you back a sample view of what the art will look like on it. Be sure to take a photograph of the wall straight on, not at an angle. Please give the approximate dimensions of the wall as well. Email to Lynne@artbylt.com.

Will you make a custom painting for me? Yes, I accept commissions for original paintings. You may select the colors and/or a style of mine that you are interested in, and I will paint an original on canvas in the size you request. Each original is unique, and never an exact duplicate of another.

I require a $200 deposit to begin the process. Once the painting is completed, I will email a photo, and if you like it, you pay the remainder. At that time the art will be shipped. If you don't like the photo, I refund the $200. All commissioned paintings carry the same return guarantee as the rest of my art. What if I am not happy with the art when I receive it? If you decide within sixty days for any reason that you wish to return the art, I will issue an immediate credit (less shipping charges) when I receive the return.
